There was too much gorgeousness in the to fit into one post, so here is part two of our post-apocalyptic fall inspiration shoot, featuring a stunning dress and the most beautiful spiral staircase. We wanted to seamlessly blend the classic wedding elements with something a bit darker and moody to embrace the warmer tones of the season.
We were so completely enamored by this spiral staircase, that we turned it into our simple ceremony location for two. We brought in more aspen branches and candles to soften the metal.
Our florist (Ribbon & Twine) was our last-minute savior with this cascading bridal bouquet. We knew we wanted something that didn't look too manicured and especially loved the addition of the feathers.
Ribbon & Twine also created a beautiful boutonniere with more feathers!
We knew this had to be the dress when we saw it in the window of Luv Bridal. We couldn't get over the soft gray color and the lace cap sleeves. Our ring is from Abby Sparks Jewelry We loved her unique designs and the bright blue color provided the perfect pop against our deeper fall tones.
Hair and make-up were done by Amy DaCosta and Kinna Elmgreen. We were a little inspired The Hunger Games and The 300 to create this braided look that is both tough and glamourous.
You can't do a wedding at The Clocktower without a few bridal glamour shots in front of the clock face.
Thank you again to all of our vendors!
