I love Halloween! I love any excuse for some seasonal décor and themed desserts, plus October and Halloween kick off the holiday season (the most wonderful time of year). While I haven’t actually decorated my home for Halloween yet, I have been loving pinning lots of Halloween stuff! I wanted to share some of my favorite pins from this month.
Pink Halloween: If you can’t tell by looking around my website, I’m a hardcore fan of pink. Because I’m such a fan, I’ve been loving seeing all the different ways people incorporate pink into their Halloween parties and décor. It’s such a great way to add a touch of sweetness and whimsy to a stereotypically dark season.
Dark Tablescapes: Another one of my favorite themes to pin for Halloween are beautifully haunting dark tablescape. These are one of my favorite images to look at and hosting a glamorously wicked Halloween dinner party is certainly on my bucket list.
Candy Apples: One of my most popular pins right now is my recipe on how to make Poison Candy Apple. I made the apples to serve as place cards for a fall wedding styled shoot I worked on a few years ago. They turned out beautifully!
All White: I have been loving an all-white Halloween palette! It’s a pretty significant contrast to the typical dark purples and blacks of traditional Halloween décor, but the white has a ghostly element that is eerie. It also seems like a great way to keep things festive while still keeping your place looking bright and airy.
Bats: Maybe I just wasn’t paying attention in years past, but this year it seems as though every blogger’s house is covered in paper bats. It’s such a simple thing (it would be super easy to DIY), but it makes a huge impact!
*I know the first image is butterflies, but it's a very similar vibe*
Pinterest is one of my favorite platforms to frequent! I love getting inspiration, recipes, and recommendations. I take the time to pin at least a couple of times a day. Follow me here!
